As Managing (Member) Partner of Gagné Associates CPAs, Ms. Gagné is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s strategic plan, and for the overall management, and governance of the firm.
Under her direction, the firm’s staff provides accounting system implementation, business process improvements, audit and tax support, regulatory compliance & monitoring as well as training and education. Bridgett has extensive experience as a chief financial officer, controller, financial management consultant and corporate associate; with industry expertise in real estate, banking, government contracting and non-profit, and has successfully developed accounting departments for small and medium sized businesses both for profit and not-for-profit entities. She continues to work with business owners and non-profit executives to develop and implement business strategies as well as assist them in raising both debt and equity capital.
As a proud Texas Longhorn! Bridgett Gagné is a licensed CPA in the District of Columbia and Texas, a member of the AICPA, GWSCPA, and NABA/DOF, and holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in General Business both from the University of Texas at Austin.
Her track record of service includes serving as an adjunct and full-time accounting professor for Howard University School of Business and being a member of the Professional Liability Insurance Program Committee of the AICPA. She has served on several non-profit boards including her current position as Treasurer of US Black Chambers, Inc.
She is passionate about helping young men and women give life to their aspirations of being CPAs and devotes time to being a mentor in this space.

As the Chief Strategy Officer at Gagné Associates CPAs, Charmaine Wright Orr ensures that strategic objectives are attained and operational excellence is achieved to enable the company to deliver on its business objectives while maximizing the value it gives to clients, partners, and communities.
Over the course of Charmaine’s professional journey, she has been instrumental in helping hundreds of business owners obtain financing for their business. She graduated from DePaul University’s Honors Accounting program and began her career at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young while becoming a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois. Her career shifted when she joined a global finance company, gaining valuable experience in commercial underwriting for middle market leveraged buyouts. Her career eventually aligned with her passion for serving small business owners. She spent numerous years providing financing to underserved and emerging markets through SBA programs and the last 10 years proving financing to growing importers in diverse industry segments.

Tracey is a degreed accountant with many years of experience. She holds a BS in Accounting and is certified in Quickbooks Online Advanced and Desktop. Tracey has worked in a variety of industries, including aerospace defense, e-commerce, non-profit, oil and gas, public school, and general services accounting.
Tracey savors spending time with her family. She also enjoys fishing and watching sports.

Here at Gagne, Michelle focusses on standardizing, improving and documenting procedures across our operations, and provides end-to-end administrative support to the executive team. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), with proven expertise in team and project management across various industries.
Michelle is a nature lover who enjoys gardening, and treasures spending time with family.
