Administrative Assistant

About the job

We are looking for a collaborative team member who is focused on providing administrative support to a small growing team with multiple business units. This individual should be proactive and have demonstrated experience supporting a CEO and executive team. **Please note that the ideal candidate MUST also be called to intercessory prayer for business.**

MUST be located within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)


  • Schedule and confirm team and client meetings
  • Prepare, disseminate, and file minutes of meetings according to existing process
  • Manage the Admin and CEO calendars and coordinate related activities
  • Manage the Admin email and respond to emails following existing protocols
  • Communicate with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage Admin related technology tasks to include platforms such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com, Calendly etc.
  • Prepare internal and external presentations according to instructions given
  • Contact vendors and suppliers
  • Review, maintain, and update office policies and ensure compliance
  • Maintain internal databases, files, and related Admin records
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Physically coming to the office a couple times per week, to check mails, meet vendors & clients when necessary, and assist with events
  • Be a member of the company's intercessory team and actively engage in intercessory prayer

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or related role
  • High Organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate well within teams
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency using current technologies such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com, Calendly etc.
  • Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Available 7AM to 4PM (Eastern Time) when working remotely
  • Available for staff and collaboration meetings every morning (Eastern Time)
  • Ability to reply to the team within 1 hour, during scheduled working hours
